Responsibilities:
Ensure traceability of test suites.
Ensure test environment preparation including test data readiness.
Act as a back up for the test lead/Manager and equip to manage the project end to end without any escalation and without compromising the time and quality objectives.
Ensure and supervise/guide juniors in preparing the test suites/scripts in the correct and high quality manner.
Ensure test execution progress maintained in Test Management Tool.
Accurate testing results verification & logging, and correct defect classification as per defined standard, in the specified tool.
Ensure all testing are as per QMF Lite processes defined, including testing process, software versioning control and release implementation checkpoint from testing.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to plan testing run schedule as per timeline assigned, and ensure all prerequisite to start testing, such as test plan, test spec, test cases, test data, test environment, etc.
Able to understand requirement document, test strategy/plan to derive test specification/test suites that are concise, logically structured and meeting the testing objectives.
Able to suggest improvement for higher productivity, improved efficiency of testings.
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with internal units within GTM eg. SME team, Performance Test team during planning & preparation stage.
Able to execute the assigned test cases as per time allocated by the lead/manager.
Male/Female, 25 - 40 years old.
