Responsibilities:
Key Duties / Job Description
- Ensure the supply electrical energy to improve production, maintenance, engineering services and company structures and machinery
- To manage electrical workshop and coordinate the order / requisition of electrical spares, to effect health, safety and environment best practices.
- Managing team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives and ensuring development need are identified and actioned.
- Successfully mentoring local trainee to Engineer status by training them and implementing performance management throughout the section
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Sound AutoCAD software knowledge and expertise
Sound Information Technology skills.
Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position in the manufacturing sector
Commercial orientation and understanding of business issues.
Good interpersonal relationship
