Responsibilities:
We are urgently in need of BUTCHER/SLAUGHTERMAN/BONER bound for AUSTRALIA.
Candidate must have an experience under Meat Processing Industry. With 3 years experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• To assist & perform day to day operation on both the slaughter and boning floors.
• Slaughter Person - ensure the BEFF CATTLE is in position to achieve maximum blood collection in the blood pit and the maximize the safety of the operator, You will be brought up to slaughtering beef to AUSMEAT specification - Open the neck hide along the medial line with a spear cut to point the brisket.
• Boners - breaking up the body of beef cattle down to hindquarters / forequarters to accommodate required order.
Candidate should immediately entered college or any vocational course right after graduating in high school.
With IELTS is an advantage.
