Responsibilities:
Lead and manage staff to deliver effective and outstanding sales results and service.
Initiate marketing and promotional activities to attract customers.
Ensure proper records and data entry of stock movement, cash sales and other important data required by admin.
Regulate stock levels to avoid overstocking, expiry dated foodstuff, ordering of
dead stocks .
Establishing and achieving sales budgets and monitoring sales performance for further action.
Train sales and marketing staff to focus on customer service and aggressive marketing os all product range from foodstuff, freezer foods, to hardware, stationery and other merchandise.
Developing good working relationship with customers to source products for their requirements.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to devise sales strategies and analyses trends and identify opportunities to increase sales volumes.
