Job Description

• Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records for different companies
• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial reporting system to ensure integrity of finances based on sound accounting procedures and control
• Resolves issues raised by our outside partners (supplier, customers and other parties)
• Ensures correct journal entries and information encoded in the system (XERO and ERP)
• General and subsidiary ledgers analysis
• Reconciliation of asset and liabilities accounts
• Expense analysis i.e. accruals and prepayment of lapsing schedule
• Submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports on deadlines 
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Ensures systematic and updated record keeping of all financial reports.
• Has integrity and knows how to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Create payment through online banking and ensure accuracy of information.
• Process Invoice Factoring documentation and submit to the financing partner
• Communicate with suppliers and clients on the payment request and status of the business transaction
• Assist in administrative work from time to time and or assignment from the Head of Finance

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent (CPA preferred)
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have good communication skills
• Familiarity with accounting systems. Experience with Xero is a plus.
